Valuation of property

Proper valuation of real estate is one of the basic and also the most important elements of conducting a satisfactory sale. The real estate agent may set out the opinion on the property and the estimated sale price. However, a reliable valuation of the real value of property that will have legal force can only be carried out by an authorized person.

It is worth using the services of a property valuer in the case of people applying for a credit, when it is necessary to issue a report on the property, to assess its value and examine the creditworthiness, or when it is necessary to determine the value of the investment. The assistance of an expert is also necessary in court cases, e.g. for division of property or compensation for the expropriation of real estate.

In the interests of providing our clients with the highest level of service, our expert will provide you with assistance in property valuation. The price of the service is determined directly by a property valuer.
