If you are selling property and you are afraid that you won’t be able to go through the entire transaction finalization process on your own - we offer transaction support by our office. Our work begins when the buyer responds to your advertisement and decides to buy the property. We check the legal status, and hence prepare the documentation. We will advise you on the best and safest contract conclusion solutions in the event of a buyer crediting the purchase. We assist our client during the notarial deed and make sure that all previous arrangements are fullfiled. After signing the notarial deed, we draw up a handover report and assist in rewriting contracts with suppliers.
