Privacy policy

Bearing in mind the time of our current and potential clients, we want to act in their favor, respecting applicable law, including those regarding the protection of personal data.

If you have not entered into a intermediation agreement with our company, in accordance with art. 13 section 1 and paragraph 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

When you contact us for the first time, please provide your name, surname and telephone number / email address; Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 point b) GDPR - we have the right to process personal data of a person who wishes to conclude a contract with our office. Without this, the conclusion of the contract will not be possible. After signing the contract, the basis for processing your personal data will change. Due to the regionalization of the activities of the MIASTORAMA Real Estate Office Ewelina Pindur, your data may be transferred to the branch office in Gdańsk at Heweliusza 11 or the branch in Tarnowskie Góry at ul. Jozefa Korola 6. Your data will also be transferred to our employees and agents. Each of our employees is obliged to protect your personal data and not to pass it on without your consent or if it does not result from legal regulations.
  4. Your personal data will be processed until cooperation or until the consent to the processing of personal data by the data subject is withdrawn.
  5. Your personal data will not be profiled, automatically processed or transferred outside the Republic of Poland.
  6. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete (”the right to be forgotte”), limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing.
  7. Providing your data for the purpose indicated above is voluntary; you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law, in particular the GDPR.

The administrator is obliged to immediately respond to the requests of data subjects - no later than within a month, and if he does not intend to comply with such a request - provide this reason. The period may be extended by another two months if the need arises. Based on Article. 12 paragraph 5 GDPR, although the abovementioned the Administrator's activities are, as a rule, free of charge, if the requests are manifestly unjustified or excessive, in particular due to their continuous nature, the Administrator, demonstrating the above, may (i) charge an appropriate fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing information, conducting communication or take the appropriate action requested or (ii) refuse to act on the request.

Please remember that before you exercise your rights, we will need to make sure that the data relate to you, i.e. identify and verify you accordingly.

Once you are our customer and have agreed in the contract to process your personal data, in accordance with art. 13 section 1 and paragraph 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

Due to the regionalization of the activities of the MIASTORAMA Real Estate Agency Ewelina Pindur, your data may be transferred to the Gdańsk branch at Heweliusza 11or the branch in Tarnowskie Góry at Jozefa Korola 6). We will also pass on your data to our employees and agents. Each of our employees is obliged to protect your personal data and not to pass it on without your consent or if it does not result from legal regulations.
